Most questions we get are about subscriptions, billing, refunds, and how to update plans through Apple. If you're trying to make a change quickly, start with the subscription and refund sections below.

How to manage or cancel subscriptions

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple account:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select Is It Cap?
5. Choose Cancel Subscription or manage your plan

We cannot cancel App Store subscriptions directly on your behalf because billing is managed by Apple.

Switch Plans via Apple

Want to switch from weekly to monthly or annual? You can change your plan anytime:

Open Settings on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top
Tap Subscriptions
Tap Is It Cap?
Choose a different plan under Subscription Options

Your new plan will start at the end of your current billing period.

Request a Refund from Apple

Refunds for App Store subscriptions are handled directly by Apple:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find your Is It Cap? purchase
Select Request a refund
