Is It Cap? is an entertainment application. All analysis, scores, and results are AI-generated pattern assessments for personal reflection and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute psychological assessments, clinical diagnoses, legal evidence, or professional advice of any kind. Do not make major life decisions based solely on results from this app. Always consult a qualified professional for serious personal matters.
You may only submit content that was sent directly to you and that you have the legal right to share. You must not submit content belonging to others without their knowledge where consent is required by applicable law. You must not use Is It Cap? to harass, stalk, defame, or harm any person. Violation of these terms results in immediate account termination.
Is It Cap? offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) managed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deep Scans (audio and video analysis) are limited to 15 per billing cycle. Unused Deep Scans do not roll over.

Is It Cap? is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the app, including any decisions made based on analysis results.
